How They Work: A Self-Contained Microfluidic Lab
Each tube is a complete extraction lab. The process is entirely driven by temperature within the sealed cartridge:
Enzyme-Powered Lysis: A pre-loaded cocktail of thermophilic proteinase and mesophilic cell wall-degrading enzymes efficiently breaks down cells and digests nucleases and proteins upon heating.
Pressure-Driven Purification: The heating step activates the enzymes and simultaneously increases pressure inside the tube. This forces the lysate through a heat-burstable valve.
Integrated Cleanup: The sample passes through a proprietary purification matrix that captures cellular debris, inhibitory polyphenols, polysaccharides, and other contaminants.
